Registration Tutorial Back to the top

This is the first step to becoming a full Stobart Trucker.
Firstly, select TruckNet from the navigation bar. This will present you with the Login Page. If you press the "Register" button under the "Login" button. You will then be shown a registration page.
You now need to fill in your details, your username will need to be unique, if someone already has it you cannot reregister it! This is the same for the email, if it already exists you will need to register with another email. Next is your password, make sure it is something you remember, but don't give it to anyone. No Stobart Staff members will EVER ask for your TruckNet password, so don't give it out. Enter your password in the "Confirm Password" box just to make sure you didn't mess up your password. Finally enter the captcha shown on the screen and press register! It's as simple as that.

Job Submission Back to the top

In order to submit a job, you're required to login and have an account, if you don't already have an account, please see Registration Tutorial for more information.

- When you're logged in, if you select the "User Controls" drop down menu.
- Select "Job Submission" from the drop down menu.
- You will be presented with a large form.
- The form looks rather large, so lets break it down. At the top of the page, you will notice the small announcement; "Your default currency is currently set as £. Your default distance is Miles." This tells you what your accounts currency and distances are set as, by default it is £ (GBP) and Miles. You need to submit the job in this currency / distance measurements.

  • Distance Travelled - This is the total distance you drove for your route, this can be found at the end of the route once it has been completed.
  • Earnings - This is the total money you made from this drive.
  • Starting Location - This is the place on the map where you started your route. Just select it from the dropdown list.
  • Delivery Location - This is the place on the map where you finished your route and delivered your load. Just select it from the dropdown list.
  • Cargo Hauled - This is the load you carried, make sure you choose the right one as it will depend on the amount of XP and images your job will show.
  • Fuel Costings - This is all the costs you spent on fuel during your load.
  • Travel Costings - This is the total costs you spent on travelling between places, for example using the Ferry or passing through Toll Booths.
  • Repair Costings - This is the total costs you spent on repairs to your truck.
  • Game Type - This is which mode you drove on, be it Singleplayer or Multiplayer.
  • Did you collide - This is if you had any collisions during your route, with either a player (multiplayer) or with a wall.
  • Comments - Any extra comments you want to add to your load.


  • - When you have submitted your job, it will be placed to our Duty Managers who will assess your performance. If they feel there are issues surrounding your load, you will receive a comment on your job with the issues. If your job gets accepted, you will have a percentage of your raised money placed into your wallet for later use.

    At Stobart, we offer our users the chance to be a "Verified" user. This will enable them to have more privileges on the Teamspeak 3 Server and also within TruckNet. Firstly, you need to ensure you have logged into TruckNet. Open up the "User Controls" drop down menu, then select "Request Verification", this will submit your user account for Verification. Within 24 hours your account will either have been accepted and verified or denied and will remain unverified.

    Live Signature UsageBack to the top

    In order to use the live signatures, you're required to login and have an account, if you don't already have an account, please see Registration Tutorial for more information.

    Within TruckNet, there is a select of 4 live signatures you can use to show your statistics off to the rest of the community. If you select the "User Controls" dropdown, then select "Live Signatures".
    On your screen, you will see 4 different signatures, each with a link below them.
    If you select the link from the signature you wish to use, then use it like you would any other image, such as [img]xyz[/img].

    Teamspeak 3 Server Back to the top

    Firstly, please follow the steps linked here to install the Teamspeak 3 Client.
    Once you have Teamspeak 3 installed, press "Connections" then select "Connect". In the "Server Address" place, type in network.stvtc.co.uk, enter a "Nickname" which should be your TruckNet username, then finally press Connect. Now, you're connected!

    User Awards are an automatic reward applied to users accounts as a achievement for reaching certain milestones, these can be found below.

    Divisions Back to the top

    In order to receive the User Awards, you're required to login and have an account, if you don't already have an account, please see Registration Tutorial for more information.

    We currently have a selection of different Divisions within ST, every user is welcome to join any division of their choice as long as they meet the requirements each division has. There will be a TruckNet based division system very soon which will make applications and management of the divisions easier. Please see our Division Page for the list of all our divisions we have available.

    Account Closure Back to the top

    In order to close your account, you're required to login and have an account, if you don't already have an account, please see Registration Tutorial for more information.

    In order to close your account, you need to visit the Settings Page, then select "Close my account" from the on screen options. You will be presented with a final confirmation screen. Pressing "Confirm" will result in your account being closed.
    Once an account is closed, it can no longer be opened, it will also no count for any of the Stobart Trucking VTC community statistics.

    In order to use the User Ranking, you're required to login and have an account, if you don't already have an account, please see Registration Tutorial for more information.

    Competition is always a big part of Stobart Trucking, being the top dog when it comes to distance is something everyone wants, so we offer you a ranking system that is done by your total travelled distance.
    - Beginner Trucker ( Up to 99 miles travelled )
    - Junior Trucker ( From 100 miles to 999 miles travelled )
    - Standard Trucker ( From 1000 miles to 9999 miles travelled )
    - Advanced Trucker ( From 10000 miles to 99999 miles travelled )
    - Veteran Trucker ( Anything above 100,000 miles travelled ).

    As a veteran trucker, you're a trusted Trucker with Stobart, you'll also be receiving the veteran badge for your acheievements!

    Account Defaults Back to the top

    In order to use the Account Defaults, you're required to login and have an account, if you don't already have an account, please see Registration Tutorial for more information.

    You are able to set your default TruckNet submission money and distance measurement to match your ones ingame, this means you don't need to manually convert it.

    Once you're logged in, click on the user controls drop down. Select "Account Settings". When you're in the Account Settings scroll to the bottom and use the dropdown menus to change each. Press the change button.
